Eh, it depends on the email. Shorter emails may be done in one hour, while longer emails and large campaigns may take a few weeks to complete.
In this economy? Hell yeah. Payment can be made in two or three parts.
Some creators hate payment plans, but I remember what it was like to NEED help and not be able to afford a crazy-high-ticket offer, and I don't want anyone to go through that.

I'm not currently accepting clients for full email marketing services. Many of the emails that I write are text-based. If you're looking for fully designed emails, I can refer you to some peeps who can help.
